Wieder mal für einen kleinen Sprung im erfrischenden Katzensee. Viel Sonne, Picknicken und die letzten Ferientage vor dem Arbeitsbeginn geniessen. Was könnte man mehr wollen ??

On Wednesday evening, in between a cleenup session at my old appartement I went to get my Masters Certificate from the University of Zürich.

Seems like all done now. Looking forward to new things to come now. :)

2 weeks ago, Lisa and I participated in a funny and interesting lesson in the Driving Center Feltheim.
I can really recommend a course for those who want a more extrem driving experiance.

As usual I try resuming my blog. Lets see how I get along.

took my some while back to kagoshima with the ferry

but i had a wunderful time on the okinawa islands and the volcanic mountain called sakura jima

now i am back north in the rainy cold winter

but thats ok

2.5 hours flight from tokyo in the very south of japan, I relax in the major city of okinawa called naha.

compared to europe, I am south of kairo right now, .. I thought I would see japanese spring here (cherry blossoms) but as they only have palm trees this is highly unlikely to happen

next to tropic rainforests and fine crystal blue lagoons there is some of the best diving, just also some of the most expensive diving, I hope I can catch a boat once , but I left all my diving licence stuff at home. I will take a ship tomorrow evening which will take me to ishigaki shima, a 15 hour boat ride further south

from there I can start my two week way back to vibrant tokyo ….(after some laid back time at any remte beach I will find)

Well It looks like I can catch a plane south going to japans “hawaii” for 2 weeks. Although Tokyo is an interesting and fun place to be, I rather go off the beaten track then cruising the subway with about 20 million other people.

Here is some discription:

Dense jungle blankets cover most of Iriomote Jima, an Island that could well qualify as Japans last frontier. Trekking through the interior, you may find leeches, wich in Japan is probably good enough to merit the “wilderness” tag. The islands major atractions are fine beaches, rivers and waterfalls.

Its located about 200km off shore from Taiwan. So its almost as far as you can be from Tokyo still within Japan.

Here are just a few news from Japan, as I need to get a power nap real soon.

Intro: Weil man immer was vergisst
Mist, mein Sony Memory stick vergessen, jetzt muss ich mir in Akihabara einen ersazt besorgen, sonst gibts keine Bilder (ausser mit Alains DOCOMOhandy)

Anreise: Weil Japan in Kloten beginnt
Da auf meinem Swiss Flug die Economy Klasse mit 5 Pｌaetzen ueberbucht war, hatte ich schon Hoffnung auf einen Business Platz, stattdessen gabs aber nur den letzten economz platz mitten in 100 japanern, … die natuerlich, wie koennts anders sein, alle gepennt haben. Nach feinen speatzli auf dem flug habe ich das dann auch versucht, ging aber leider nicht. Kurz vor dem landen gleich nach dem Sonneaufgang haben wir einen wnderbaren blick auf den Fuji San, … der sieht genial aus vom Flugzeug (leider kann cih kein Foto machen) Tja der Flug war trotzdem schnell vorbei, am Flughafen wurde ich dann interessiert von Drogenhunden beschnuppert, die haben wohl Elli gerochen. Tsyoshi war leider nicht am Flughafen weil ich ihm die falsche Zeit angegeben hatte :(. So bin ich mit dem Zug nach Koiwa gefahren und war beim aussteigen ganz erstaunt, dass es nicht mehr so aussah wie frueher. Ich war also an einem falschen Koiwa, heisst zwar genau gleich ist aber nicht das selbe, damn… naja ich habe dann schliesslich doch noch mein Ziel gefunden.

Yaku-Niku: Weil man einfach fuer 4 personen essen muss
Oh man, nachdem wir Kumiko mit ihrem suessen Kaito besucht haben sidn wir am Abend noch in ein ueber yaku niku restaurant, … wow das war ein festmahl, 100 Teller, alles vom feinsten udn gar nicht so teur.

Keitei Denwa: Weil man immer erreichbar ist
Da mir Alain sein Japanisches Handy ausgeliehen hat werde ich bald mit mail und Nummer erreichbar sein. Morgen gehe ich in ein Docomo Office und hol mir ein Vertrag. Ich teile euch dann nummer dun adresse mit.

Iriomote: Weil man auch in Japan re(mote) sein will
Meine plaene stehen beinahe fest. Ich moechte in den Sueden, obwohl heute 15 grad und ein wolkenloser Himmel waren moechte ich gerne ans Meer und weg vom “Schuss”. Dazu sueche ich morgen fluege nach Okinawa, … mal schauen wie man dort hin kommt.

Ich melde mich bald wieder, jetzt bin ich etwasmuede zum bloggen, Keiko udn Tsy sitzen auch im Zimmer und wir schauen wie die Japaner in Torino abschneiden.
